Layout of the interface

invoiceR consists of three areas: the main menu on the left, the header at the top and the work area in the middle. What you see in the menu depends on your permissions. If an entry you need is missing, contact your internal administrators.

You can set up the tables in invoiceR (task list, archive, accounting) yourself. invoiceR remembers your settings per user:

  • Show and hide columns: use the column chooser to drag columns into or out of the table.
  • Move and resize columns: drag the column header to another position or drag its edge.
  • Reset: Reset Columns restores columns, filters and sorting to the default.
