invoiceR app

With the invoiceR app you take a photo of a receipt with your smartphone and hand it over to invoiceR directly. It is mainly meant for expenses: you capture the lunch receipt, parking ticket or hotel bill while on the road instead of collecting them and typing them in later.

What the app does

  • Capture documents: You photograph or scan the receipt with your smartphone camera.
  • Read data: The details on the receipt (for example date and amount) are recognised automatically and filled into a form.
  • Complete and send: You check the form, add missing details and send the document.
  • Continue in invoiceR: The document then runs through invoiceR like any other document, for example through accounting, approval and final check.

Requirements

  • The mobile app is set up for your tenant.
  • Your user is allowed to use the app. You can tell by the Mobile App entry in the user menu in the top right corner.

If the entry is missing, contact your internal administrators.

Install the app

The app is called invoiceR and is available free of charge in the app stores:

After installing, you log in with a QR code. See Log in to the app.
